What will be the problem you plan to solve with AI?

Luven - With the emergence of AI, the problem I plan to solve in the future is traffic congestion which is a huge problem in Malaysia, especially the capital, and it is only getting worse due to vehicles becoming more affordable as the population increases. AI with its algorithm and machine learning techniques can form prediction capabilities towards traffic patterns, bottlenecks that occur on the road (Isarsoft, 2023). Traffic demand can be anticipated easily with the help of the data needed for this initiative that include traffic cameras, GPS and sensors all around the country. The accurate predictions can then be done by AI using these real-time data by managing the road lanes, changing the traffic signals using adaptive traffic signal control that places priority on high traffic roads, in order to coordinate vehicles to various alternative routes to alleviate traffic congestion hotspots, so that traffic would be equally spread (AI to help reduce traffic congestion during rush hours, here’s how, 2024). Hence, the benefit of optimization of traffic flow is reduced commuting time for humans, thanks to the reduced traffic. Mishaps on the road such as accidents are also minimal, and it minimizes environmental impact towards mother nature as emissions are reduced (Isarsoft, 2023). [205 words]

Chong - As the digital era keep evolving by the passing time, technology is becoming more and more advance, which will also increase the workload of company and more data and document to manage, hence with the upcoming of Artificial Intelligent it can be used to solve the complex workflows and help increase the productivity with AI. Since AI can be used to evaluate intricate processes, spot bottlenecks, and make recommendation for enhancements. Businesses can use AI to optimize their operations based on insights gleaned from data, which can result in a boost of efficiency by managing and streamlining workflows. The workload also be reduce by AI ability to automate repetitive, manual task to save time and resources.  Hence, AI can be used to help company and businesses to reduce workload and increase productivity.

Sze Jay - Artificial Intelligence or more well known as AI can be defined as the simulation of human intelligence processed by machine. The implementation of AI in the production lines of factories in my opinion can solve problems such as high cost in manufacturing. Manufactures can use AI for tasks such as predictive maintenance, inventory management, quality control, demand forecasting and automotive operations of the machineries. By using AI-Powered systems, a large volume of data can be analyze in real-time. Not just that, AI systems in production lines can also identify patterns, make predictions and optimize processes of the productions. This can certainly helps the company in saving cost and improve the quality of the products. Ultimately, AI can also helps the manufacturers to adapt into the competition of the industry with other competitors and therefore gain advantage in production cost among the others in this fast-paced business environment.

Naviin - Artificial Intelligence can be viewed as a rapidly evolving technology that has undergone significant development over the years. This widely recognized emerging technology has successfully addressed numerous problems, not only within the realm of computing but also in real-life scenarios. Personally, as a student in a multicultural university, the language barrier between my friends and me has been a significant challenge. This is why I intend to rely on Artificial Intelligence to learn other languages. Some chatbots equipped with AI technology can assist me in understanding and correcting my grammar in real-time. This will greatly benefit me, as these platforms offer interactive lessons in various languages, enabling a lifelike interaction between two individuals and reducing the necessity for face-to-face meetings. Additionally, in academic contexts, AI-powered study aids provide significant advantages in effectively structuring and handling study materials. This is especially helpful when encountering difficult problems that require high intelligence.

Nareen - Artificial Intelligence (AI) started appearing to the world progressively and has been developed rapidly since the first appearance of AI and is still currently evolving. AI has already helped humans in a number of ways in all kinds of sector from education to daily lives. The problem I plan to solve with AI is in the medical sector. This is because after Covid-19 pandemic, there was a huge reduction of doctor and nurses in the medical field. With AI, it can replace the workload of nurses and doctor. Even though there are some robots which can aid in surgery, I believe in the future, AI can further enhance the robots to perform more complex surgery. With the implementation of AI in the medical field, diagnosing, prescribing and even complex surgery can be done without any difficulty. This not only can make up for the lack of medical staffs but also improve accuracy and efficiency in the medical sector.
